This was beautiful. I loved every word of it. I'm glad that I was looking at this community and I found this story.

I really liked Sasuke's thoughts about hatred and apathy. The neighbor and her baby parts were really touching and emotional. I can only wonder why she had burst into tears and what the hell happened for the apartment to catch on fire.

My favorite part has to be the ending, especially the last two lines. It made my heart warm and fuzzy and sad.

Hmm, having read this, I highly recommend Still Waters Run Deep by winterweatherman...I think, considering your non-comic use of Sasuke, you will enjoy it a great deal.
