Cute idea, but too much filler to be truly funny. I have a few suggestions of my own:

1) Try to avoid having to take potions from Madame Pomfrey. They all taste bad. Especially skelegrow, so keep your bones intact.

2) If you're a girl and someone insults you, ignore it. Don't spend the day and half the night crying in the bathroom. Somebody might announce something important at dinner that you'll miss.

3) If you're a guy trying to save a girl from a troll, grab her and run as fast as you can. Don't stand in front of the troll and tell the girl to run. She'll freeze and then you'll have to stick your wand up its nose.

4) If the headmaster says something is forbidden, that means it's really dangerous and will be used for detention, so don't get detention unless you want to go to a really scary place.

5) If somebody gives you a quill to write lines with that scratches your hand, that's illegal enough to get them thrown into Azkaban. Tell somebody.

6) If you see a really big spider and it starts talking to you, RUN. Spiders that big like to eat people.

7) Don't bring disappearing cabinets into the school. You never know where its other end is.

8) If Hagrid says "respect the hippogryph", respect the hippogryph.

9) In flying class, scramble for the best broom you can find. Some of them are too old and beat up and don't want to come up when you say "UP".

10) Wait until all the house points are in before declaring your house the winner. Points can be awarded up until the very last minute.

11) The more Hagrid likes something and thinks it's cuddly, the more cautious you should be. Be especially careful if he gives it an innocent name like "Fluffy".

But it does provide a tunnel

Fun.. It looks like one of the room of requirement ones has been disproved in deadly hollows...
