Hm. Definitely intriguing. Was the prophet in the last chapter on this new planet as well? It's also strange that he was 'awake' under sedative. Did he tell the Masters that part? Wow, this story is really great and I hope you update it soon. I loved the growing bond between Obi Wan and Qui Gon, who are both in character here. The mystery surrounding the 'other' presence is intriguing and I can't wait to see where you take it.

Yes, the first part was my favorite. Especially with that background music! It's the kind of moment you just think. No distractions, the rain encourages thought. I liked the fact that both the master and apprentice were feeling the same thing. It gave me a sense of unification.

And I didn't realize this updated! I thought I put this on my favorite list, jeez!

Interesting update. Going to Obi-wan's home planet is going to be interesting. Your story is very hard to predict--one of the reasons I love it so much. I look forward to your next update!

Well, since you wanted to hear favorite parts, here you go! I think my favorite parts are when I get to see Obi-wan from someone else's point of view. And also when Obi-wan recognizes his homeplanet. Keep up the great work! When do you think you'll up-load the next chapter?

Actually, the song I heard in my brain when I read this is Rent's, Will I? (For UA, it's New Kids on the Block, Summertime. Don't ask.)

I was glad for the semblance of normalty when Qui-Gon was teaching Obi-Wan, which give everyone a break from all the angst. And trust me, I LOVE Obi-angst, but I didn't realize how much I missed the simple stuff until it was shown. The fact that Obi is getting the feeling he won't be alive much longer, I was like, "Geeze, emo much? Don't you think you're just super nervous?" But then when it was emphasized by Qui-Gon, how HE fears that Obi wasn't going to be around much longer, I was likes, "Oh gezzee..." It made my skin tingle very much.

Hopefully in the next chapter, Obi will get going! We spent entirely too long in the healer ward! Update soon!

I have to say that I absolutely love this story! The tragic fall of Obi-Wan into his current situation was masterfully done.
