This has, frankly, the possibility of launching an entire parallel universe of stories, from both sides. For one thing, Spike will obviously be looking for ways to "change" the future; for another I don't see Jack ignoring what he "now" knows - I suspect he's already thoroughly researched W&H and knows why he doesn't want Spike getting in touch with LA while he's in Torchwood-time.
