When I think of Naiko in my mind I picture Saber from Fate Stay Night (might be because I recently watched it...eh) though Naiko is a little more detached... and wth! Kakashi checking out his student!

So much drama and chaos. I don't suggest mixing in anymore movies, anime, etc. into the story. Hell, I don't know how you're making this story good with how many you've already mixed in.

Ok, why exactly didn't the fox intervene in the fight? She had only used two out of three chakra sources, so why didn't she tap into the third one (or have it forced upon her when she was supposebly supposed to die)?

I'd say Naiko is more of a mix of Ichigo, Naruto (canon), and Sora. With most of Ichigo's personality and the skills of all three.
