Do what you think best. I love this story and the characters as they are portrayed but i also know how hard it can be to continue a story when you lose all the data you had on it and your thoughts and notes.

Wonderful chapter! I wonder what's gonna happen with this Davomir guy? And poor Mina, no Sailor V? No decoy for the moon princess? What about Beryl, though? She must have sensed that powerburst, musn't she? If she did, Usagi might be in danger...or may be not, because she still has Alucard.

So, gathering from Artemis' explanation, the moon royals had complete direct access to their power, whereas senshi don't? ...The only way for the moon to gain a senshi is if the moon royals die? Yet the cats never even think of te possibility of the moon senshi being the princess? Um...interesting, but still confusing as hell. ^^P

I take it this explanation is more of anime based, because if not then I'm totally confused by it, because in the manga, the inners and outers are each the princess of her own planet, hence it would be pretty stupid of Luna and Artemis to dismiss such possibility of the moon princess becoming a senshi so easily...?

The souce of the senshi powers are their star seeds/sailor crystals, and um, Usagi's star seed is the Silver Crystal in the manga... This way it sounds like the Moon family was the only one which, due to having direct access to the core as a condition for being, could not afford a royal to "share" that access with a senshi for the moon, or they would cease to be... Does this mean the other senshi of the rest of the planets, the inners and outers, being from other royal families COULD afford to be senshi and still share the connection to their star with the rest of their non-senshi relatives, their mothers the Queens of the planets, for example, because they did not have a direct access? Or perhaps it means the members of the rest of the royal families could survive loosing the connection with their star in favour of the awakening of a senshi for their star, unlike the moon family, which could not. That means, while the other planets COULD have their ruler and senshi as two different people (mother as the Queen and daughter as the princess and senshi, for example), since the rulers (Queens) COULD survive their connection being severed in favour of their daughters, the princesses and newborn senshi... on the other hand the moon was the only plante that could maintain the connection with its power divided equally between Mother Queen and Daughter Princess while both lived, provided the Daughter Princess, unlike the princesses of the other planets, never awakened as a senshi...

BUT Sailor Chibimoon's existence completely denies that rule, because her mother Neo Queen Serenitydidn't die or anything when/after ChibiUsa/Reenie became a senshi... yet she wasn't left completely powerless, so her connection with her star seed was perhaps still there...

The other possibility is that each Moon Queen hogs all the connection with the moon till they die and pass it to their daughter... but Chibimoon's existence once again makes that idea difficult.

Like I said, this whole issue is complicated as hell. Anyway, if you want to know what I think, I want to think Artemis is wrong because the power of the Silver Crystal is supposedly boundless, it can grow and mutiply and divide as much as needed and that is what leads to Sailor Moon's transformation into Sailor Cosmos in the future... but like I said, that's just my personal view.
