Its a nice story I like the idea but just two things I think I should point out 1) Wouldn't Willow have met Lorne when she came to find his soul after the Beast showed up? and 2) Lorne doesn't know how to drive. But I love the idea of Buffy and Angel getting back together.

This is honestly one of the most beautiful stories I've had the fortune to read. The struggling and emotions Buffy felt were straight-on canon. I love it.

I love how you used Lorne as a middle man, that was inventive. Also I loved the astral bit, and definitely the mortalizing.
