Some of them are very nasty. People do and can have their own stle of writing. They don't always need a book to tell them how to.

Interestingly enough, Farla, for somebody who hates unorgionality in stories, you use things similar to this in almost EVERY STORY YOU WRITE. Fair enough happy stories ain't your style, but it's always a cruel or hopelessly naive/stupid trainer and an emo pokemon reflecting on its fate. No wonder you don't do happy stories: I think the pressure of writing something not wallowing in angst or self-pity might kill you.
The poem at the beginning was nice though. I love the story 'Espeon'.

Wow, I never thought I'd read about a Pokemon Mary-Sue. But otherwise this is very well written, enjoyed reading it until the end and this is one of the few 'fics where I don't skip lines or paragraphs here and there. But once again, beating an Onix with an ember? And it also seems unlikely that Damian, in the second chapter, would be standing around while the Growlithe and Houndoom have lengthy conversations. Otherwise I can't find anything to pick at. Good work, I'm glad there's a sequel.

neat i like this story as much as i like Espeon. um, sorry if i forgot to mention how much i like Espeon but both are great stories!

Is the pokemon Leader Houndoom?On an up note I totally love Dark pokemon.I play Pokemon colosseum and whenever i'm in a tough match my last pokemon standing is always Yami,my Umbreon!

I like the part about the flawed Fire Stone, but it was a little creepy that the Pokemon would have body parts (like heart and lungs) missing if the stone was cracked. That poor Growlithe! Well, very creative story, and I LOVE Houndoom too!

Wow this is AMAZING! I like Houndoom too! I'll have to check some of those websites, I bet they ARE really funny. The way Houndoom acted reminded me a lot of Mewtwo!
