Oh! This story gave me a warm, bubbly feeling inside...It's just so sweet and endearing! It's highly impressive if this was your first KakaSaku fic.

As for which ending I liked better, I definitely have to go with the first...I just don't enjoy seeing one or the other of my favorite characters coming to harm or being killed off. I consider this pair to be my "happy place" and I have enough real-life frustrations and lows to not drag that into my "happy place" as well. Anyway, I rant...This was beautifully written and I thought you did a great job! *fav* =D

Regarding the alternate ending, it wouldn't have changed the story from good to bad. Sure, an happy ending is always nice but I think the original ending would also make it a good story. It's sad bordering on drama but as sad as it is it gives a more hum realistic view of the feelings involved. Like Romeo and Juliet. If Will had written a different ending it wouldn't have become such a beautiful dramatic piece of romance. It's sad to say that romance is sometimes better highlighted by drama. Like the saying that states that you don't know what you have until you have lost it. Er... I'm getting sidetracked sorry. Well, see ya.

I like the first ending better. I really don't care for stories that kill Kakashi because he is the most awesomest ninja EVER. Very sweet story, write more soon please!

i liked both endings. the one you stuck with made me smile, and the one you originally planned on made me cry. i love both tragedy and happy endings. i guess that doesnt help you with your question. but yeah... sometimes i'm in the mood for a good cry and the original ending does that for me.
