elven-cat2 2007-01-01 ch 7,	abuseI really enjoyed how you ended this. This chapter had some sad parts like where Emma cut herself off from everyone she knew. You have to guess that she might re-start her school, but who knows? And the real sad part where Jack's letter makes the point "one constant must remain…I cannot have anything to lose" talk about a life of loneliness...ouch. But it seems that at least Scott and Jean are talking over their problems and hope for their marriage and friendship remains. An amazing plotline you developed and wrote. good job!

Best of all it seems that all appears to be going better with Scott and Jean now. Nice reunion scene you came up with as well with the rest of the x-men.

I guess we now know who caused the problems in the "White room" huh. I wonder if Jean will be waking up to help the x-men now as well. This story is really amazing and I am enjoying it.
elven-cat2 2007-01-01 ch 3,	abuseWhat an amazing story concept you have going on here. Your slayer character is kind of interesting BTW. I may have to look up some of your fics that have him in them. Although I stopped reading Marvel a while back I kept up somewhat with the events in the x-men world and was very sorry to read about the whole Scott/Jean/Emma situation. Now your story-line has some major potential here. Just about everything in this story is a new concept for me, although I have looked up some info from Marvels site. (depressing is some ways:)). You really have the personalities for Logan, Kitty & Peter down pat. Now I need to continue this reading (happy that I don't have to wait on your posting a chapter after a cliffie!).

jenskott 2006-11-10 ch 7,	abuseMy eyes doth deceive me? Scott and Jean are actually talking? At each other? It was about time! That is the kind of stuff you won't see in the comics because nobody has the guts or the interest to do it. And Emma taking responsibility? It fits mroe with her treatment in Generation-X than her current, overweening bitchiness. It was a very nice, sweet and heartfelt end. Man, I needed that. Thank you for writing it. In fact, I think it calls for a sequel. Maybe now Jean is where she must be, idiocies like Grey family's slaughter or stories like Deadly Genesis will be radically different. And how Rachel's life will be now her alternate mother lives in the same place? Just like you tell: Up Lee and Kirby and Ditko! Screw 616! I look forward to your next history.

My parents didn't believe in comic books and barely let us watch tv when I was a kid, they removed the tv altogether by high school. Fortunately, there was great fanfiction, like this one. ^^ I thought it was great, and I'm happy that Jack's okay. I just bet that his death was permanent in Hellfire and Brinestone?
