I found it funny that Roll basically became a wh-ore in this story. I’m glad they didn’t get together in the end either. Which means if a sequel is made, there could be RockMedi! Please write a story for this pairing, there are only three or four stories for RockMedi and it isn’t fair.

This story is quite on the mark with its characterizations. I think the only issues would be easily fixed with a couple proofreads. As you said, it's not exactly epic, but not every story is meant to be or should be. You've made the characters grow very fast over the course of ten thousand words.

Rockman and Roll's relation has always been hard to explain, especially as the series progressed. I myself have never known what to make of the relationship and therefore have always steered clear of it, not wanting to bring it to a full boyfriend/girlfriend relationship but then again unable to deny that they are more than just good friends, even on Rockman's side. YOU CAPTURED THEIR RELATION PERFECTLY! I bow to you and your wonderful writing ability and style and capturing what I believe is the true essence of Rockman and Roll's friendship. Bravo!
