Loved it, it was great. I couldn't help myself thinking "choose Darcy!" I really like Darcy. I think she's the most unique, attractive and smart Trix. I definitely prefer her over Musa. There was something about them being Lord and Lady of Darkness that was super intriguing. Excellent one-shot! I definitely loved the declaration of revenge at the end.

Great! I really enjoyed this explanation for a loophole in the series. It flowed nicely and the spacing made my eyes happy. :)

Hey, I enjoyed reading this so much and it really should have happened in the series. That would have been brilliant and a little bit more of Riven in the show is always a good thing. In the movie his dark side is explored more, lol which is excellent. But I really enjoyed this and the way that Riven focused on Musa to keep Darcy from getting her talons into him. Love Darcy too but my feelings for her are very tentative. I love the last comment she has, so wicked witch of the west *grins*

But honestly, this was a perfect Riven fic because he was in character and torn between his two sides and you can completely believe that he would be torn between Darcy and Musa. I love how it says that Musa 'challenged' him to be a better man because that's very true or I believe it is. It's not easy for him to be the hero which is why I think he makes for such a compelling one.

And Darcy's characterization is superb. I just love the idea that she might actually have loved him - understandable, she was attracted to him enough to use him. The wrath of Darcy can't be pretty.

Anyways, great job and I must get round to reading the sequel to this some other time.

P.S. If Riven were the shallow sort, I would like to add that he picked the prettier girl in the end, lol. Musa's grown up to be so beautiful - fourth series pictures are devine! But he's not and we know he loves her for more than her pretty blue eyes and long blue locks, D

O, this is REALLY good! I loved the darkness of it and the angst. I loved how you delved into Riven's thoughts and feelings abotu Darcy and Musa and alos delved into Darcy's thoughts and feelings about Riven. This is totally awesome.

Brilliant! The whole Riven/Darcy story line was pretty much disregarded in the series. First, Darcy really liked Riven, then he was just a puppet to her. This story gives the whole relationship depth. And the story line is one of the more intersting Winx story lines.

Great work! Other than some minor grammatical errors, your story flowed perfectly with great structure and plot to carry it along. I loved how you showed a deeper, more realistic vision of Darcy than most people want to persue, and I actually found myself feeling for her when Riven rejected her.

Excellent oneshot.

Reading this reminds me of "Brothers at Arms" where Riven and Darcy would have their trysts while secretly developing feelings for one another. I think a more private confrontation, Riven and Darcy meeting in a tower or out an open field, would have made for a more interesting duel of minds than having the boys there. Though I loved the, "valiantly dressed in their pajamas" line.
