So far the story is looking good. I felt like you kind of skirted around how Jackie got to this AU (the technical reasons). Maybe you'll pick that up later in the story? I loved the fight scene. So far you seem to be keeping pretty close with the characters. The SGA team is a little off but not so much as to throw off the story. I have more comments and suggestions, but I will keep them until the story is completed, or until they are beat out of me...

I like it. It seems to be getting more complicated! I'm interested to see how the Wraith fit in.
