This was nice, I liked how Ronon was aware of John's intent, aware of the unspoken military code, he'd been hit, but was going to cover them. Ronon would have done the same if things were reversed...what I liked waas that it all changed when John was unable to stay on his feet, when his chance would be wiped out and Ronon ignored orders to save him.

"Strange guy, Sheppard. He sacrifices so much for everyone else, but doesn't expect anyone to do anything for him. It's almost as if he doesn't expect anyone else to care about him. I have to wonder what, or who, made him that way."

Really dug Ronon's musings here b/c is so spot on. Nice little one shot, enjoyed Ronon's silent respect and loyalty.

Very nice. You scared me - I thought Sheppard was done for there for a second or two. I'm glad Ronon went back, but I would expect that he would. It's kind of sad that Sheppard didn't. He is truly amazing.
