more, more, MORE!

This post-LOTR story is well-written, believable, with a decent plot, and the characters are strongly based on what JRRT wrote, making it a very refreshing change from the Aragorn/Legolas slash or the 'girl finds herself in Middle Earth' kind of story.

I think that one of the strengths of this tale is that the Hobbit characters are hobbit-like, and the character from Minas Tirith has had to go through a steep learning curve.

Also, the cousins, the Bracegirdles are very hobbit-like in their development.

The major flaw in this is that it hasn't been updated for some time, and I should like it to be.

I am quite enjoying this story; it's fairly rare to find a drama story that actually understands how drama works in my usual fandoms. I offer you my thanks for crafting a story that is both lively and compelling.

I'm enjoying this, and hope there will be some more soon.

Great story! I really like it, because there are a lot of rangers in it. It's very funny to me when they all call Aragorn their "Lord Cousin".

I've only just found this tale and am already fascinated with what you are doing with the viewpoint of the other hobbits of the Shire in that time. I haven't a lot of time to read, but I hope I will be able to continue this one and am looking forward to it - your writing is well researched and descriptive without coming across as stilted - nicely done.

I loved this chapter especially, i always love poking around in old buildings, delightfully done. Really got me interested. They might find armouries perhaps, but it's probably been looted i suppose long ago.
