just to the one guy giving "friendly" advice obviously you didnt notice that this one-shot*whatever the hell that is* isn't about kishimoto's dimwhit naruto.. this is about the naruto that sundance has styled and portrayed for us in Legacy of the Rasengan... and in that respect this is not at ALL out of character for him... and in fact i would not find it that far out of character for kishimoto's naruto either because kishimoto never really speaks naruto's inner thoughts that much. anyway... before you give advice make sure that you understand what is being done and said first. ty /flame off

as to sundance... very well written... i could feel the pain and anguish behind him because i have felt it as much.. not the same circumstances but it is a gift of mine nonetheless. I do hope that you consider more romance in Legacy II because in truth... its the only thing that is missing. And you from this little one-shot, you should know that you CAN do romance if you believe you can.

Excellent one-shot. I read this a while ago but just now I felt like making a review. I'm just like that.

It's common knowledge that Naruto is quite observant, even if he seems so thick-headed and slow at times. The idea of Naruto pondering concepts such as love and desire is interesting, and the way you put his thoughts into words was astounding. And it's always surprised me that in the manga Naruto hasn't delved into Hinata's admiration for him ever since their earliest years, even before Iruka. But maybe Kishimoto-san simply sucks at romance, I don't know.

Anyway, it was good. A bit corny and weird, considering this is supposed to be Naruto thinking, but good nonetheless.

Oh, and I'm looking forward to more 'Legacy'.
