He is handsome, well read, considerate and intelligent. Why doesn't he have someone? His extra abilities with his senses is not frightening or even make him all that noticeably different. A woman would have to accept Blair though be close all the time. Hed have to live in the house with them or in a garage apartment next to them. They would be little privacy for arguing, making love et al. Maybe the guys should look at that. Good story.
