I like it. Good job, I can totally see these thoughts running through Rouge's head, if that makes any sense. Personally I would leave it as a one-shot because it seems to me that if people take something that was intended to be a one-shot and turn it into more, it is not always as good, but that's just me. Anyway, great job.

It's nice how you have it now, simple and getting your point across (the point being that ryro should be the ruler of the world :D but i would like to see where you could bring this you seem like a great writer. don't think that i'm saying that you seem like a great writer because i think you might actually suck its just that i never read anything else by you. omg i'm talking way to much now ughness! anyway great story, hope you continue.
