ok wow...i had a tear in my eye by the end of this. i love the way you describe each one individually. i could feel harry's hate, ginny's loss, and luna's hope. very well written my dear. very well indeed!

I had chills as I read this, and my eyes were stinging. It IS very sad, and a version of the "Final Battle" that I'd never read before. It was heartbreaking in its simplicity. You did a wonderful job. This fic will always stay with me, even if I never read it again.

You are truly talented. I have just finished reading Calus and I laughed out loud the entire time. You did something with that that very few authors can do: You made Snape have a sense of humor, and you made it believable. Honestly it was as if you had a real life individual wrapped around your little finger, twisting his persona to fit your plot line at every turn. It was fantastic. As for this piece, it was interesting to see the individual snapshots of each survivor's life. At first I wanted to hear more about each person's experiences, but at the end, the cumulative experiences of them all negate the need to hear every detail from just one or two of them. From the small snapshots you gave us the reader gets a very clear idea of what the war was like, and you captured many emotions well. Hermione's hate, Ginny's numbess, Harry's antipathy, Draco's hope, Luna's faith, Neville's depression, and Ron's ever-lasting belief in something good. I found Ron's to be the most moving part. The simple words "Don't move" conveyed a lot about what he felt and went through from just seeing the orphaned child. Fantastic work and I hope one day you go on to write original works. I sure as hell would buy them. I'm adding you to my favorite author and story list.

Woah. I feel really shaken. The descriptions... harsh. I think I was especially hit by Harry's. Maybe because it was the first one, or maybe be cause he's 'The Boy Who Lived' and thinking about him becoming so broken is like watching everything good in the world twist and break. Yet in the end you left us with hope. Ron and Draco...even Luna, in a strange way. Hope that even with these tragedies something good can come out of it.
