And so characteristically manipulative to boot. You pegged him perfectly. If you wrote further chapters, it would be fun for them to toy with Ecklie, and maybe even bring the sheriff in on the joke on Ecklie... evil laugh hehehehe. Can't help it, everytime I think Ecklie is starting to mellow and possibly have a decent bone in his body, he says or does something smarmy. Oh well. thank you for the story. |
