Very intersitng indeed, it was different from anything I have read in a while, mamoru saying he is in love with usagi is unusual

i aways laugh at Mamuru and Usagi fights
he had been really bad on these lines, but i confess i laughed

"Sure, Odango-Atama," he replied, "Of course... then you'd owe me triple the original amount."

(...)

"That... would be... really nice," Usagi said hesitantly. "Um... what kind of chores are we talking about here?"

He grinned at her wickedly, "Oh, you know, the usual. Wash my dishes, scrub my toilet, organize and catalogue my exotic mold collection..."

I had been surprise with Motoki and Mamoru fighting for Usagi, but i liked that change, on the manga mamoru is more afecctive but on the anime he is complete aloofness, aways running off her, unfortunately, it's a failure
at the end, it was just a way Motoki found to place his friends togheter!
I liked the way you wrote that story! Very good job!
