This is amazing! I'm guessing, since you haven't continued it and it's been six years, that it won't be continued. I would like to ask your permission to use this idea, though I don't even know if you're still on the site... I do hope that you'll allow it, though, because I've got ideas spinning in my head! Wow. I really loved this.

I think that this was a really great chapter. I loved the way that you had it written from the point of view of the various characters.

I also loved the way that you had the ancients dealing with Ronon. It seemed right that they would judge him like that and yet still save him. This worked well.

I also liked the way that Carson dealt with what he had done. Because Carson's background is that of a Doctor it made sense for him to be uncomfortable with what he had done. I also like the way that he reacted to meeting his ancient parents. It made me feel warm inside and yet sad for him because he had to leave them.

I think that there is a lot more could be donen with this story. For example, it would be interesting to deal with the Ronon/John relationship and to see how Ronon has been affected by what has happened. This could also include how he sees and deals with being charged to look after Carson. Also, it would be interesting to see if there is any lasting affects for Carson and to see if this has changed his relationship with Rodney. It would also be interesting to see how what he has done affects the way that he thinks of himself as a person.

I for one would love to see this continue as I feel that it has come to rather an abrubt if appropriate end so more please.!

I'm enjoying the story. The premise is intriguing and a bit of Carson H/C is appreciated. I also like the Carson/Ronan thread you've brought in. That's a relationship/friendship I've always found fascinating. More please! And thanks for sharing!

This is an amazing story.

Just when you think you have a hold on the story everything twists and turns. That is what makes it so good.

I like the way that you have Carson taking center stage in the story. He makes a really great hero. I like the way that you have him still showing aspects of the old Carson as this, for me, keeps the character real for me. I also like the way that he is so willing to go to his death for everyone. I also like the way that when he was dieing he saw Rodney's face. I think that this was rather sweet.

I also like the way that Ronon joined him as a way of saying thank you to him. Although I felt that this was a little strange for Ronon it still felt right in the context of the story.

I can't wait to see where this is going as it is an intriguing story.

I love the way that you have the people reacting to the Ancient Carson and I really like what you have done with Ronon.

I only hope that the journey that Carson and Ronon are on is not as final as it looks!

Sneaky Ronan! I'm glad Carson doesn't feel so alone. I'm assuming they will make it. Man, I can't remember if this had a character death warning.

First of all: I really love your story! I've always known Carson's an ancient :-) But now I'm a bit disappointed about this "switch to first person". Why did you do that? Before, in my opinion the story was written better.
