I've always liked the MelloxMisa pairing for no particular reason, but this was just incredible, indescribable, really. I don't get sad easily, but certain bits of what Misa was thinking and especially the ending made my heart sorta wince, if you get what I mean. Keep on keepin' on.

Oh wow! This is really excellent and creepy and the characterization is just right.

I love Misa as a Wammy's House failure, and Matt as a male model, and gay Light.

I loved your narration. It was choppy, sporadic, and set the tone perfectly. It was also a pretty cool AU.

this is such a captivating piece. i didnt know what i would find when i looked up mello/misa fanfics, but it definitely wasnt this. its a very interesting idea, although it pretty much panned out the way it did with misa as mello's sidekick instead of matt. i like the little differences you injected here and there, and the scene between misa and mello right before misa gets herself killed. it makes me wonder if mello really was using her.

this rendition of misa that you have made really pulls at my heart-strings. she is an acceptable version of misa, a believable version; she stays true to the original character, shares similiar parallels with her canon counterpart (the obsession with a particular boy, the intense desire to be loeved), while managing to be innocent and lovelier at the same time. excellent job.

Oh God, I...wow. I'm pretty much incoherent right now. This has to be one of the most creative and beautiful AUs I've ever read. I love your writing style, and I love how you've gotten everyone so in character even when the situation's been completely flipped around. I really don't think my praise can do this fic justice. It's absolutely amazing.

I'm a Light/Misa and Mello/Matt fan, but I seriously think you've converted me a little. You managed to portray their personalities so beautifully, especially considering that you placed them in an alternate setting. I'm quite amazed by how Mello and Misa seems to work - Misa still gives herself so freely, yet Mello doesn't abuse her as much as Light did. It's ... Just so beautiful. Amazing piece of work.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful AND one of the more stunning AUs I've encountered so far. I love how you reimagine Misa's character while still keeping her Misa, warts and all. And her love for Mello still rang frighteningly true, even as she commiserated on Matt's love for Light. Terrific work.

But--wow, it was so shiney. I loved how her trians of thought would be interupted, and that subtle mentions about how he cares about her, (which are all done by his face doing odd and interesting things) and the end seriously made me cry and...
