I love this brand of homur. I also loved that you made this story about a geek. Instead of the same boring old story about the so called pervect girl that athletic, smart, preepy, high temmperd, sweet, with the pervect family and absoulty no problums in life. well the fact is I LIKE THIS STORY.I realy dont feel like going into this,

Tried to review for later chapters, but found I'd already done it. Anyways, I'm a bit sad that you're putting this on hold, but can completely understand why.
Also, I just figured out why Ethan's the teach for DADA in Hogwarts. he's following Emily Wall, because it was some of her desendants that were in the Salem witch trials, which were caused by the magical fungus that his grandfather created.
Aren't I smart?
Or at least smart enough to figure it out after reading this thing twice.

Well, I do have to say that even if you don't update ever again, BatG is a really cool story. Out of curiosity, is Ethan's Doctor Who Nine or Ten?

I've read this story through several times, and I still get a kick out of it. It was rather disappointing to see that it's on hold, but I completely understand. I do look forward to a continuation, as the latest chapter (which I read back when you posted it but never commented on) has brought up questions in my mind. Who was Unicron pointing at, and why is someone out to get Emily? Also, I wonder what Ethan's reaction will be when he discovers that Emily knows he's her self-assigned protector. I'll be keeping a lookout for more updates, and thank you for writing this much!

I realize that while you did not like writing the story anymore... It was a very good one.

But since you seem adamant about not returning to it, could you please tell me who the culprit was and why Emily found it so funny?

It was indeed saddening to read your notice that this unique story would be on-hold... You write so beautifully, everything from your Star City stories, Walk Like Men, Thundercracker's Glory, and this story, Blessed Are the Geeks.

You write at a level which I can only hope to reach someday, after I learn and mature a bit more (fingers crossed over the second one). As such, I was very disappointed at the end of this update.

But then again, I understand how you feel about things here; sometimes, we need our muses, ya? Writing without a muse would only result in a cold, clinical piece of work that cannot connect with the readers out there :( Having gone through what you are now experiencing, I'd advise you to have a good rest from the fandom, and to just come back a while later once you feel better about things :D

And who knows? Maybe your muse might someday return, and our paths might cross again as writer and reader ;)

Having said all that, I congratulate you for your guts in making this decision - it wasn't an easy one, I'm sure.

Aww, and you left on a clifhanger too! I won't say I'm not disapointed, but I'm a firm beliver that writing should, first and formost, bring joy to the writer. Im sad to find out that such a good story is being shelved like this, but i can understand what your saying. After all, i havm't updated my stuff in ages myself. Still, thx for what you did give us and i hope that one day you finish this story!

Sorry, but I just can't see a muggleborn being sorted into Slytherin. Salazar Slytherin hated muggleborns, so that alone would disqualify her. Besides, there are too many fanfics where the authors think it is cool too be in Slytherin. I blame the movies for that. Too many fangurls that are in love with Tom Felton, I guess. Well, regardless, I won't continue reading this.
