Eden 2009-10-08 . chapter 14 Its was very good. One of the few fanfics I can actually read all the way to the end. Being a Christian myself I enjoyed reading about Aslans love with the view you had as you wrote it.
Thanx very much for taking the time to write this! |
Eavis 2009-10-04 . chapter 14This is literally one of THE best stories I have read all year!
And I mean it!
This is not Eavis, but her little sister, Borwyn. |
Cuer Maelwys 2009-09-28 . chapter 14 Ach that was gut. I just needed a fairy tale as it is ten forty five at night and i fear i'll never get my project done but be consigned to failure and humiliation and all that. Really it sucks, but this was nice. Don't even ask why im reading it when i have a project to do. Please don't. |
Nobody you know 2009-09-14 . chapter 14 This is was amazing! I loved it, really. The Mary-Sue was so rediculusly funny, and I loved how at the end she became redeemed. Such a perfect example of Jesus and his love for us! You did very nicely, and I'll be wating for more of your work in the future.
One thing I did miss, though, was I think you quickend Ariella's changing process. Even though she was scarred and wounded, I think people take much longer to heal from inside wounds.
But other wise, wonderfull job!

 Taryn Streambattle 2009-09-14 . chapter 14*sniff*
Our Sue's all grown up!
I liked the way Edmund and Peter handled her when she was imperious and haughty. Well done Ed & Pete! |
Autumnia 2009-08-26 . chapter 14I had been hesitant about reading this story since it involved Mary-Sues, but I'm glad I did! This was delightfully funny to read and though one may dislike Ariella, one can't help but like her towards the end.
The Kings and Queens were ever so courteous towards her even though they knew why she came to Narnia. I also loved the whole bit with the Codex Consors; this was a great companion to elecktrum's stories. I'm a little surprised that Jaer ended up marrying her but they do seem to make a lovely match. The bits about Rien having been away from their home in a long time, and how the Peridansons went with Peter to fight the Giants deserve more than a passing mention; perhaps you may one day write more on these subjects. It was wonderful to see Ariella go from the self-centered lady she was to a person of true beauty and worth. |
Bartholo 2009-07-01 . chapter 14when I read: "but all thoughts of sleep were driven from her as she eagerly listened to the story told" I thought that's me! (I ended reading it after midnight)
Great story. |
Merriette 2009-03-29 . chapter 14 What a wonderful story! I love it ever so much better than the normal Mary Sue bashing stories. This story is real and the characters aren't stupid. Thank you so much for making it that way, and especially for having her change. I love your description of her and you kept the Pevensies mostly in character. Well done! |
 LunaNigra 2009-02-05 . chapter 14Loved it!
Especially how you described her change, it was so authentic!
Loved it

Clear Plastic 2008-08-26 . chapter 1Completely hilarious! i started giggling madly when you decribed her appearance. |
lily.flower 2008-07-04 . chapter 14*claps* I loved this story so much. It was very well written, it had a good plot, and it had a nice moral, too! Yay! : )

Lydia 2008-06-13 . chapter 1 I extremely loved your story! Even better I greatly admire you for writing your stories in symbolism to Christ! I am also a Christian and I have always loved the Chronicles of Narnia because of its parallelism to the bible. I admire that you also have the courage to let your readers know what you believe and why. It is always good to read a story from a fellow sister-in-Christ! |
Wulfclan 2008-06-07 . chapter 1Oh, yes! I love this story; I found it on a site called The Lion's Call awhile ago and read it, and I enjoyed it a lot. Mary Sue bashing never fails to make me laugh.
Well done! |
 Katako-Chan 2008-05-23 . chapter 14Wonderful! I truly enjoyed this fic.
Ariella was a hilariously ridiculous sight at the beginning, but you had her grow up wonderfully. While in some sense I still see Mary Sue (or maybe I'm just paranoid?) in her, I do really like the way everything worked out.
Great work!

mirandasdream 2008-04-12 . chapter 14I'm truly glad I stumbled across your story. When I began I was far from thinking the end would bring me to tears. I have come across very few Mary-Sue redemption stories so this was refreshing and the last two chapters were particularly beautiful to me. I was touched by the grace Aslan extended Ariella, as I would expect no less from Him. |
