This fic is probably one of the best I've read so far with that "Kuja and Zidane living in Madain Sari" theme, both Kuja and Zidane are really In-Character! I see that you haven't updated this fic since 2007, but I'm looking forward to the next chapter ^^.

The middle section was good. Though it could be better if you added "said Zidane" and yada yada.

Even though I don't know FF and all, I feel like I have a good grasp at the characters' personalities, which is a very good thing. There are times though when I feel like some of the words weren't the best choices? Like in the beginning, when Kuja said, "a poor lowlife such as myself." I mean, it fits with the situation, but I feel like Kuja wouldn't say it still because he just seems to be that noble guy (and he believes he is that noble guy). Maybe i'm just spouting absolute nonsense...^^;

Again, the dailogue was superb. The diction was amazing. The imagery wasn’t exactly something that stood out, but it was there in bits and pieces. That isn’t bad or anything, it was just something I noticed. It worked well with your style of writing. ^^
But by golly, thank the lord that you put titles like "prologue" and "present.” Otherwise, I would have been confused as heck
considering I don’t actually know much about FF. ^^;
