Very well-written and believable, but there're a few little time errors, I'm sorry to say. 1) in TRY, it showed Val as a child of about six or seven surrounded by the corpses of Ancient Dragons. Now, in your story, Val and the Ancient Ryuzoku didn't get attacked by the Gold Ryuzoku until Val was grown and had a girlfriend! _;; Sorry, but it bothers me.. 2)Valteria isn't what Val was called before he was Valgaav. _;; It's a common mistake, derived from one person, who heard Gaav sy 'Val to yara' and mistook it for a name, Valteira/Valteria/Valtiera, etc. He was really called Val Agares before being turned into Valgaav. 3) I don't think Valgaav would've been so loyal to Gaav, seeking revenge for his death ('I carry Gaav's name! I won't stop until I destroy everything!" ring a bell?) if Gaav had treated him that way while he was working for him. Sorry, but I just can't see it. That's my view on Gaav and Val's interactions with each-other, though, so it could just be me.. _;; Sorry if I sound a bit...preachy, but I didn't want these well-written fics to be criticized for something you might not have known about. It's obvious that you like Valgaav's character very much—and I'm with ya all the way there! _ I also think that that rape scene in the second part was a little...much. O.o;; I know you wanted to portray hatred for Gold Dragons, but geez! *sigh* Man, you made Valgaav bad to the bone! _;; I seriously don't think he was *that* evil, even when half-Mazoku, 'cause his Ryuzoku side would've dampered that, but then, his yuzoku side was supposed to be messed up right then, too, so I could be wrong. _;; Man, this's long.. Anyway, I'm very gad you gave Valgaav-sama a happy ending, unlike far too many fics out there. Poor guy.. Anyway, you've got a great writing style, so I hope to see a ton more fics from you in the future! _ And please don't take offense at these comments, I know you must've worked really hard on these fics, and it shows, and I'm just trying to state my opinion, not flame you. _;; Thanks.
