This is fantastic. The matter-of-fact way Rodney accepts his situation as just another standard nightmare is heartbreaking. I love the dedication of both John and Rodney; and the reactions of the others, while frustrating, are perfectly reasonable from their perspective. I'm intrigued by the thought of self-assessment (though I'm guessing the aliens never encountered a sociopath, narcissist, or other person truly able to avoid feeling guilt for crimes committed). And the game of Life is perfect!

Excellent story! And I really, really loved the Pegasus Galaxy version of Life! I want one! You could probably sell them on the internet and make enough to put someone through college!

Pretty good. I really liked the end with the Pegasus version of the Game of Life. I wonder if Sci-Fi will ever come out with one. I'd buy. Good choice choosing Rodney because if it was Sheppard, he'd have been promptly considered too guilty by his own thoughts to live another second. And Rodney's guilt is never really discussed in the show. He always hides it with bluster and arrogance. Good job.

Well, Shipper, I for one love this story. This is the fifth time I've read it and love it even more. It's very real and something I could so see happening in the episodes. But then again, your stories always do.

I don't know about one of your best efforts, but it was certainly a wonderful fic. Very sweet McKay/Weir friendship stuff. The main part was very touching, and I especially loved Sheppard guarding them, but the best part was the Life game. Absolutely hysterical :P

I have to say that I really enjoyed 'Blind Justice'. It was very well written and you really captured the nature of the 'family'. I would have liked to see a little more of Teyla and Ronon's reaction to the situation inside the Temple, or even a glimpse of what they were going through on Atlantis, but it was still a great story. The best part by far is the homemade board game at the end. That was ingenius and hilarious.

What a great story! Love the solution. Also, I adore the Weir/McKay friendship here. You've done it perfectly. What a sweet, sweet story.

I can't understand why you would be doubtful of the quality of this story. It is brilliant. Taut, tense tightly written. I could FEEL Sheppard's desperation at the end when even Ronan was beginning to question his sanity.

And the end was so sweet - You wanna get him a teddy bear? Nah, he has his gun... - I could absolutely see John positioning himself on the bed so he could watch his friends even in the infirmary, until knowing they were okay finally allowed sleep to take him.

And the game of Life - wraith insurance??!! I nearly fell out of my chair LMAO. Totally wacked and a brilliant way to bring in some needed humor to unwind the tension at the end.

This went straight to my favorites list. Great job.

That was just gorgeous! You SO made me cry when Rodney was casually describing his nightmares...and the scene at the end with the game, and the gun--you have such a deft touch with your themes, and you find these nifty ways to bring them to our attention, and the characters'...and have I mentioned lately that your characterizations are wonderful? Yap, well, they are. There! A not-quite-so-fangirly review, finally! I mean, at least I was gushing about *specifics*, eh? You rock. End of story. ^^

I love it. And the whole "you atone everyday" bit was so very Weir.

Great story. I really liked that whatever trapped them was some tech from aliens that they haven't met and that Elizabeth was having to try to convince the computer of something without have a common basis to start from. Also like the implication that it could trap and judge Ancients--guess they're not the only powerful aliens in the universe. And the Game of Life--Atlantis Version was a great way to end the story: some humor after all the angst. Leaves the reader with a happy feeling.
