I especially am fond of the short, but very true-to-the-characters conversation between Sano and Yahiko. In fact, that was my favorite part of the entire fic, even though I was a little disappointed that you didn't portray Tsubame very much in-character, or included just a wee bit of YahikoxTsubame in it. Though all these doesn't really matter much, when you take into account how Yahiko was so adorable in here! (goes away and glomps Yaniko) |

I find it hard to imagine Tsubame going off like that, though. Even in the second OVA she seemed like she couldn't hurt a fly... God knows there aren't enough stories of the very innocent couples, like Tsubame and Yahiko in Rurouni Kenshin and Tetsu and Saya in Peacemaker Kurogane. Too few. Such a shame. She turned into a mini-Kaoru. Very funny... Although, I do feel bad for Yahiko... but, only a little bit... Great job on this. I love comical oneshots. Now I know not to go to Sanosuke for advice, especially when he doesn't exactly know what to say to women like in the manga volume 19 when he said "And here I brought the medicine box when Kenshin's not even hear yet"...he's lucky to have a girl like Megumi because not many people would put up with him obviously. I liked this one alot...glad it was the first one I picked to read in about 2 years of my Rurouni Kenshin break!~Kiy |
