While I was intending on reviewing the chapter, I just became overly entertained with your story about meeting VDO and Kate (Do you think he knoews he's called that? Like, do people actually use it in articles and things?).
First of all, I have been to the NBC store during a high school trip, and I have to say, I was intimidated without a 6'6'' hunk mere feet away. I seriously think that I would have been imagining every smutty fanfiction I've ever read about them and blushing like an idiot. While your initial nervousness was completely normal, I commend you on going back and redeeming yourself. I am totally going to check out your LJ page now. No seriously, like right now. Thanks for sharing!

PS: I am completely in love with the way you've portrayed the Eames Clan here. They're all so sweet and friendly, and exactly the way I pictured them. Ivy is great too, and the way you mixed original characteristics with Goren-isms so awesome. Anyway, have a good day (or whenever you happen to read this)

*g*... first of all, the least important thing: happy to know you also thought of the meaning of having 42 chapters... it was one of my first thoughts even before starting to read the story, just localizing it in your profile ;-)
What next... excuse any writing errors, english isn't my native language and then I also hope you excuse me leaving only one review for this oh so long masterpiece AND the stories that stand before ivys story... I don't like paying each chapter of multichaptered stories with a review, but I know how important reviews are (for authors and now after reading through your notes I'll keep the thing about my karma in thought)... anyways, didn't leave a lot of reviews in the last moths, because I've read a load of crap, and I don't make a habbit out of telling people the write crap... back to you... you got me out of that bad phase, because really your stories deserve feedback, loved the hug storys and then I continued reading, and reading... believe it or not, I've read this all in two days! And so a BIG THANK YOU for this wonderful stories and I'm looking forward to the family story that follows the series, although I pray I'll be able to put in a reading pause, because although it's easter break I'm currently supposed to write a paper enough of me... thats the problem waiting with reviews and leaving one for 42 chapters and three other stories, now I don't remember in detail what I needed to praise you for... I love your writing style, love how you caught eames and goren and loved you original characters... and also loved how you pictured lewis, etc... loved it all around and desperatley want to sneak into the next story ;-)

I love it! Very well-rounded. It had sad moments, funny moments, angry moments, and the parts where Alex and Bobby could be idiots! Great job! Oh, and yes, 42 is the answer to the question of life! LOL!

great story, can't wait to start reading the sequel now!

Since I did not read this story as it came out I am reviewing all at once now.

This is a very readable story and you managed to put in the police procedure as well as the mushy stuff. The story moved well and held my interest to such an extent I will probably be oardering in pizza because I hate cooking after 10 o'clock at night.

I'm hooked. Three chapters in and I can't stop. i loved the part about Alex missing Bobby, heck, i fell asleep next to my dog and it was hard falling asleep the very next night. Its nice to have big soft things next to you when you sleep.:-p I'm liking Ivy more and more. :-D
