I don't want to cramp your style here, but... nerves don't actually regenerate themselves. That's why when you break your back and the spinal cord is severed people don't get up and walk after even the most extensive therapy. The fact is, once injured a nerve (in the spinal cord) does not heal or regrow.

Oh, for the love of...do ALL Winchesters have their heads shoved firmly up their arses?! Can't they just be a fully functional family for TWO SECONDS?! I mean, STABBING yourself with a PEN?! What kind of mind comes UP with that?

Oh, and I plucked Cassie out of this story and killed her. Hope you don't mind.

I would give you a nice, long review, but unfortunately it'll have to wait for chapter 25, because I think my power's gonna go out in about five seconds. Killer storm, see. *rolls eyes*

...Well. That was...interesting. *forces swallowed tongue back into normal position*

Okay. So. The Indian dude. And Caleb. Freaking awesome. Both of them. They made Dean all better! They made him stop acting stupid!

Well, for a little while, anyway. Now that he wasn't able to start running around shooting things within a day of losing the bullet, he's gonna start being a moron again, isn't he? *rolls eyes* Boys...

And also, Dean's dream broke my heart. Again. I was sad when Dean was all dead-like. But it was so much worse with Sam, him being my absolute favorite Winchester in the whole wide world and all...

But ANYWAYS! Halfway through now! In...like...two weeks...*slumps* Dadblabbit.

*wails* SAMY!

Oh, hey, look, I managed to get all the way to chapter 10...

These chapters were...heartbreaking. Dean is so angry, and Sam is so sad, and John isn't the big bad leader anymore, and it's all so DEPRESSING!

And I really wish Sam didn't have this psychotic need to constantly blame himself for everything bad that happens in the universe.

I also wish that Drunk!Sammy as funny as I'd always pictured him, but THAT'S looking pretty unlikely.

Oh, and before I rush off again, I'm also going to go on the record saying that I HATE PHANTOM PAIN! Or...sensation. Or whatever. I also hate stupid waitresses who are...STUPID.

And now that I have waxed poetic, I'm gonna go read more! (If I can.)

Finally, I managed to read the first five chapters! Sorry, I'm lame. But I finally did it!

So anyways.

It's harder to figure out who I feel sorrier for at this point, because all the Winchesters are dealing with such major pain. Poor, poor Dean--and poor Sammy! (Just in general, poor Sammy...)

I have to say, I think the flashbacks are my favorite so far. So heart-wrenching and emotional and...and...yeah...

Uh-huh, my vocabulary is really extensive today--sorry...but I'm really, really tired!

Anyways, I don't know how long it'll take me to get the next set read, but I HAVE decided to do at least five chapters when I sit down to read this wonderful, wonderful story. So I'll see you soon!

And at last I have managed to begin this! I know, I know, my tardiness is unforgivable. And even more so is how LONG this is going to take me to finish. I probably won't review every chapter--just at the end, most likely. But I WILL be working on it--and also keeping an eye on your newest story, as well.

But this IS intriguing. I do wonder how Dean's gonna deal with this--and whether or not he's gonna be an ** all through the story...*rolls eyes*

Amazing story! I like the fact that Dean didn't make a fast and miraculous recovery. It took time and effort and that's what life is all about.

Great epilogue and great ending to one of the best Supernatural stories I've read so far! It couldn't have ended on a better note and...it was great. You have such a great handling of words and I hope you continue on writing more stories. Bravo!

The last three chapters were brilliant! I loved the ending, the way Dean confronted those creatures that had done this to him! I'm so pleased you gave Sam the perfect life! Thanks for all your hard work and for sharing this with us.
