Simply one of the best Snapledores I've happened to read lately! And I, too, adore your Andrew - the boy is a Gryffindor at heart, surely. Like uncle like nephew! Congrats for your lovely writing.

“But you know how much I like cappuccino, Albus,” Andrew whined irritatingly. “I hate regular coffee. It’s so…plain.”

“Well dear, I’ll be sure to ask the elves to prepare some especially for you tomorrow morning.”

“And I’ll ask them to shove it up his arse,” McGonagall whispered under her breath, causing Snape to snort his tea.


I was just rereading this excellent story, and this passage actually made me choke on my beverage. I turned seven shades of purple before I could breath again, and even then I was still giggling. The tears in my eyes were either from mirth or the lack of oxygen. The jury is still out on that, but I'd like to think it is because of the former. You really should write more humorous tales like this one. I know you pride yourself on the angsty ones, but your comic skills shouldn't be allowed to go to waste.

I couldn't stop laughing all through the dinner bit with Andrew, and the ending made me bunch into a tiny ball of fangirlish glee. In fact, I'm still buzzing from it all. XD

I have to admit, when I first read the summary, I was extremely apprehensive; even the /idea/ of abss makes me wary. But my curiousity was too much and I began to read your fic.

I must say, I'm actually really glad I did; only very few people can bring abss together and not make it completely awkward. I'm still not a shipper, but I'm really glad I read this XD

Great stuff!

I love Albus/Severus and there is so little of it about! Much of what there is seems to be subtle one shots which are ultimately unsatisfying; perhaps the authors were too squicked or too incapable of envisioning the relationship to write more than an allusion.

I am pleased that there is a sequel; I shall be reading that next!
