Oh, that is just so gorgeously creepy! I had a feeling that it was going to be Kate, but the way you delivered the shock was just so perfect--it wasn't a message from beyond the grave, really, it was just an awful reminder of something he'd really like to forget. And Tony's reaction--both to the phone call and then to Ziva and McGee the next day--was spot on. He'll really have a reason to hate Halloween after this. Thank you for such a great and eerie story.
