Love this so far. The premise is really interesting, and though I've never seen BtVS before(I know the plot enough to have a basic understanding) I can still follow it. Eagerly looking forward to more! :)

Hi! I am really enjoying this story so far, it's very interesting, and I like the interactions between the charactrers, and the ideas behind everything.
I am not quite caught up to where you last updated yet, just to Ch.25, but I had to stop because there are a couple of things about your timeline/plot that are confusing the hell out of me.
First of all, when Buffy first showed Sam her scars he said that he had done that. I took that to mean that he sort of remembered doing it, and that he knew he was Alex,. However, just a couple of chapters ago, Buffy said that if Dean wasn't Alex then Sam was, then Sam was all I'm Alex, I gave Buiffy those scars. But... he had already said that when he first saw them. There are also a couple other of things in earlier chapter which I took to mean that Sam knew he was Alex long before the chapter where he sits on the couch and goes through it. Did he keep forgetting that he had already figured it out because of the memory block?
Next. If Sam and Dean were only with John for two years, they wouldn't have as many memories as they do, and they would have noticed that they were growing up too fast, they would not have as much experience as they do, they would not have been able to have gone on as many hunts as they have. It takes time to train someone to fight, and I really don't think they'd be as good as they are if they'd only had two years at it, etc. That being said this is easily explained by Willow just giving them memories (which she would have had to have done already because Dean remembers mom)but so far you have said she just repressed their former memories. Maybe you clear this up later on, but right now it just seems like a really huge gaping plot hole.(Sorry)

I don't think Dean would sacrifice Sam for anything.. he would totally sell his soul to save Sam or do all possible things to save him...but I find it really difficult to think that he would even THINK of killing Sam without going ballistic...or maybe killing himself after he did it, just cuz he's so hung up and dependent on Sam

Fantastic last few chapters! It's great to have Dean awake again, and more or less himself. Please write more soon :).

Aw, bless Dean and his determination to forever upholding his own dignity. LOL at damn straight about John being nuts. Poor boys, what a life. Loved the thing about killing Alex to save Liam. More please. Great chapter.

I love the way Sam gives the ring to Buffy and nearly gets his ribs broken for it. Priss is so funny. Dean waking up is very funny especially when he mentions identical outfits. I think he's both Liam and Dean which will be so interesting. More please. Great chapter as always.

Multiple updates...fantastic! Poor Sam, being separated from Dean, and possibly causing Dean's "episodes". Interesting scene where Dean meets Liam. Can't wait for more!
