I really like this story! You do a good job of keeping everyone in character. I just can't help but notice that in about every other line, there's someone 'huffing softly'. You may want to look at that because it gets a bit repetitive at times (they also seem to roll their eyes a lot). Anyway, I don't know why you have so few reviews, keep up the good work :)

Love the start. Nice characterisations, you've really got inside their heads and made them human. I like the premise of going off to find their parents, too. There seem to be hints that some of them will find more than that...
