naughty eilian playing around with the maidens for a bet! still, he was still young then. his first proper kiss with his future wife though that's cool.
it's a good job his brother never found out though, i don't think he'd be overly happy about it if he knew.

I know I'm a little late in reading and reviewing this but it's that time of year...

This was a nice read. I loved the interaction between Ithilden and Eilian. Since we usually see them communicating under stress or business it was nice to see a light moment between them. I especially liked the moment when Eilian was young.

As always, well done, and, as always, I can't wait for your next story.

I love how happy Eilian is!! You can just picture him with this big smile even when he's getting told off. He's, like, the perfect woodelf: a happy deadly warrior! But I suppose this is before the shadow came back; he probably got more serious after that.

Oh, this is lovely... nothing quite like one of your tales to brighten the day! I love the concept of seeing these folks in their younger days again... and Eilian trying to coax a kiss from the elleth that will become his older brother's bride is just too funny!!

The concept of harvesting wheat without a blade is daunting... but those are of course the rules for Lembas wheat. Good on you! Canonical and wonderful all in one!
