Oh Sam, my poor wounded Sam. I wish it weren't so, but it is and you have captured all that I saw on his face after Dean would not answer that question. Sam needs Dean more than ever now. He is strong and brave and he is standing by Dean, but I fear it's all a bit of a front and Sam is not as strong as he makes himself out to be. Oh gosh, just so sad, but beautifully written.
