*grin* "It's a miracle..." Well. Not bad. It does make me think about how I'd react if I found out I had cancer... It also seems a bit like an extension of 'A Matter of Months', and it kind of makes me understand his reaction there a bit more... I can see him being in a 'morbid mood' over it, definitely.

Poor old Ben. His character is absolutely fascinating but I can never decide whether I actually like him or not. He's become one of my favourite characters based soley on the fact that he is so interesting rather than liking him. You portray his character very well in these stories and they are very well written :) Keep up the great work.

Ben creeps me OUT but I actually felt a little sympathy for him here... a tumour is a terrible thing. This was nicely written.
