Looking for a little comfort after last night episode, I found this story again. I love the way you express their feelings, specially Sara's. Great writing, very touching dialogue. I love it!

That was absolutely wonderful. The angst when Sara ended their relationship because she could see what they were doing when Gil could not was heartbreaking. His letter had me feeling such empathy. I really thought you'd wait til he was back in Vegas before getting them back together, but having her answer especially that question was just...perfect. I haven't had a story move me to tears in a long while. Marvelous job!

I love the story; excellently in character. It just makes me sad, though. Not the story, really, but the fact that it is just fiction; and in the real world it does not happen. Personal experience only tells me that once Grissom decided he could no longer continue in their relationship, that's that. That's the way it is in a relationship between an older man and a younger woman...no matter how real and true the love is. Wonderful story!
