Thanks for a good story! I didn't expect to find anybody writing "Combat!" on . What a pleasant surprise! There was a time in my life that I ate, slept, and breathed that show.I was in love with the character of Chip Saunders. I still am, I guess. You're a talented writer and I'm grateful because if it weren't for you, there would be very little Combat! to read here. I also loved your other story " In His Sunniest Hour". Very good!

I am definitely thankful for your story-telling skills. This is beautifully written and illustrates the attraction (at least for me) of the Combat universe.
