I love stories that deal with 'pre-series' stuff. Little behind the scenes glimpses are always a favorite in my book. Loved that they both tried for casual and missed the mark by a mile. Do you have plans to continue this? I hope so, it shows great promise.

Goren is a fascinating character, and I always enjoy any chance to peek into his personal life. I like the way he balances being a genius detective with being an ordinary guy. I love his eccentricities, but I also love how simple and normal he can be at times. Nice oneshot.

I really liked that. A regular guy. Imagine that. There's a real guy under the Armani and the quirkiness and the oddity...it's nice to see that. Thanks for the peek :-)

Aww. :) This is what changed her mind, huh? I love it. It's nice. And it's something I can see. Early on, she really would be thrown by his ability to be a normal guy. :D And it makes sense that it would make her really look at how she saw him. :)
