I like the concept of the fic and the plot, but I assume that Ranma is a detective, not a patrolman, so why would he be driving around in a cop car? If he wasn't driving a marked car, how would that masked girl have been able to know? Seeing a car without the headlights on isn't really a reason to say its a cop car.

Interesting start... Something about the title catches me... I dunno... I like how the story is going so far, but one thing bothers me though. If Ranma is a cop, I don't think he'd be going to his sister for information... But oh well this is the Ranma universe... He He He... Can't wait to see more.

The concept really works. I don't know how well planned you have your chapters but so far its looking really promising. Since its an AU story it might be nice to explain some of the differences from the regular universe, but in context. By this I mean, is Ranma the same martial artist he is in the standard story? He seems older by a few years, but its not really clear. If you plan to expound on this in later chapters that'll be cool too ( you see to alude to that in your preview for the next chapter anyways). So I'll say good job and I lookforward to more!
