| palmer89 2007-01-31 ch 1, | abuseMy idea of a plot: SG-1 had been captured by locals that took them to the Tok'ra of the past who think they are working for the system lords hunting them. When the Tok'ra find out they are from Earth the news of their kind killing Ra on Abydos make them look hopeful that SG-1 are not a Goa'uld trap and would be great hosts. The Tok'ra are confused when SG-1 ask for help returning to their own time or how they appeared near the Ancient device they're studying. The Tok'ra take the device to a research base to discover they turned it on without knowing it and brought SG-1 into the past. How the Tok'ra turned the device on was by touching the controls without knowing they were doing it. The device transported SG-1 into the past at the same spot and planet they left from surprising the locals who point spears at them. P.S. My guess maybe wrong, but the idea of someone else using the device to transport them into the past explains a lot about how it turns on by itself. |
