This story is really good!

I can exactly see this as an episode from the manga, everything fitting together and Yuko and watanuki are just as they should be...creepy and subtle...love it^^ *favs*

The BLANKS in between were really annoying. The same purpose could have been achieved with a simple line break. Other than that, and a few spelling/grammar errors, it reads like a real xholic. The ending wasn't quite necessary and I didn't think it established enough of a connection between Thanksgiving and the story. It might have served you better to use a different metaphor (and if you can make a connection without having to explain it at the end, all the more power to you).
