I've always loved the idea of Harry watching Ruth sleep. I can't explain it, maybe it has something to do with feeling safe, protected, loved.
Maybe it's that same reason that I found this extremely touching and comforting. No matter how bad things out in the world get, those two will be ok. Fantastic job

That was completely and utterly gorgeous! I like the way them getting together is flashedback from him watching her sleep, if you know what I mean. The best part is, even though I knew they were together, the recollection of the first kiss, still made my stomach flip! :D

I especially like the idea of the strangeness of Ruth and sleep together, it's such a perfect notion - and the poem at the beginning is pretty, I'll have to look that up, and it's just generally lovely.
