Wow. That was depressing. I'm depressed. Good job.

I actually have a little scrap of paper in the midst of the clutter that is my dresser from the first time that I saw that episode. This aforementioned paper has the first two lines you quoted scribbled down on it along with suggestive arrows (how can arrows be suggestive, really? I don't know, but I managed it) and the word "fic" scrawled really largely across the rest of the paper. So it really entertained me that you had the same idea.

Very entertaining. I admit that it's been a while since I've watched this one (though this DVD has just moved closer to the top of my library request list) so I was a little bit unsure about what was happening as I didn't remember exactly what was going on in the ep, but this is a great episode tie-in. Nice work.

An interesting start. i will be interested in seeing where the rest of the story goes.
