The scene-A small, dark room. It is smoky inside. There are two figures within the room. One...clad in black carries a silver gun. The other, a McFarlane Vash figure, is duct-taped to a chair. There is a small blindfold over its eyes. The standing figure with the weapon turns to ZG Vallea. "Get part 3 out, or the Vash action figure gets it." End scene.:)

Val, once again you astound me. _ I love your VxM stuff, and this story is no exception. The dialogue between them is absolutely perfect, and I can practically see them talking together as I read. You do a great job of getting inside Meryl's head...I know for a fact that it can be really hard to capture her mix of strength and vulnerability. It's a wonderful fanfic idea, since I'm sure every VxM fan is just aching to know what happens when she finally confesses! And I really like the way you had him react - he didn't immediately kiss her, or act all lovey-dovey, or fool around. It would be so trite and hideously OOC if he easily accepted her and said, "Oh, yeah, I'm in love with you too!" He's so much more complex than that. The way you wrote it, he simply understood, and the reader is left with a clear sense of something to come. What was the expression on his face as she left? What is he thinking?
