That was pretty cool, but it would have been nice to have extended the wnding a bit with more than just saying "we've got the rest of our lives..."

Okay, well I just watched the movie for the first time, and I've been crying for about twenty minutes solid, and I have to say I like your version a helluva lot better. This is how it should have gone. Definitely.

god i hated that movie...pissed me off HOW DARE THEY KILL JACK!...this was so much better and played to my fantasy more.

Good job! There was one or two typos; 'another’s shit sleeves.' That was my favorite one. It made me giggle. But other than that it was a good story.

Very nice - and I so love happy endings - although you did take a few liberties - I mean - can you really see Ennis addressing invitations. LOL

It was so great to see Ennis for once take the lead - wish he had been stronger in the movie and done the same.

Thanks again for this story and I hope to see more - maybe you could've added another chapter where Jack's mom comes to visit -perhaps tells Ennis all of Jack's little secrets.
