| Shineko 2007-10-09 ch 10, anon. | abuseThanks for the last chapter^^ It was fun to read this fic, till the end. Good luck with Musings of emerald and Silver! |
| Shannon 2007-10-03 ch 10, anon. | abuseOMG IT'S OVER! *sob sob sniffle sniffle* I cannot thank you enough for endowing upon us this wonderful story. For all your trouble (and most likely missed school assignments due to fanfiction writing) if this review were a type of food, it would be a Happy End of Fanfiction Cake! ~Shannon |
| James Firecat 2007-10-03 ch 10, | abuseNicely done, this ending managed to come off a lot more upbeat than the one for Chidren Prophecy, mainly because now we know more about the entire "ascended to the next level and become energy beings" thing. That and honestly who doesn't love a wedding? Nice job making them seem serrious and dignified, it's a tallent that somehow escapes me personaly. Also since your mentioned reviews, chapter four of Music of the Twilight is up, hope to see your thoughts on it soon, and here's hoping we both manage to update again reasonably quickly. |
| Shannon 2007-08-04 ch 9, anon. | abuseE! Fast update. I'm so sad it's almost over... I love the Sepheris pairing in Final Fantasy Seven. Their relationship reminds me of a jig saw puzzle piece that doesn't quite fit, so you have to smash it a few times to get it to work *shmile* I love your style of writing, and it makes me sad to see this beautiful series come to a close. There's always Musings of Emerald and Silver to read though :) If reviews were a food source... this'd be a hug for writing a damned good AxS *wipes tear from eyes* :') |
| James Firecat 2007-07-29 ch 9, | abuseAnd THAT is why you don't want the linchpin of your palns to be mentaly screwing with the heroes. Good writting cna't wait to read the end of the fic. |
| Shannon 2007-07-19 ch 2, anon. | abuseI don't understand a part about this chapter. How did the members of Avalanche all come together? I apologise if this is answered in the following chapter, I'm reviewing as I read the chapters in turn. If reviews were food, this review would be a particularly tasty smackerel of honey. Until next time ~Shannon |
| Shannon 2007-07-19 ch 1, anon. | abuseI thoroughly enjoyed reading Children of Prophecy, finishing it for the SECOND time just moments ago. I reread it due to the fact that I happened to glimpse this sequel. I look forward to reading the, now eight, chapters of this new story. If reviews are food, consider this a chocolate hot fudge sundae with whipped cream, peanuts, and a maraschino cherry on top. :) Until next time ~Shannon |
| James Firecat 2007-03-17 ch 7, | abuseAnd slowly like the minipulations of Jenova driving a sane man to madness, the Yuffentine slips into the fic... sorry don't know quite what got the better of me. I'll read and review 8 once I get out of this airport, out of this laptop, and back on my real computer. Good job on telling a story through multiple viewpoints reaching towards one conclusion, though at first during the Sephiroth portions I thought we were getting flashbacks from General/Evil!Sephiroth because of how helpless he was and I foolishly thought that Hojo was opperating on a shoestring budget from the fact that he was hidding out in a cave in Cosmo. Also because he was calling him "boy" and I didn't realize it was ment to be deorgatory rather than a symbol of age. Still about halfway thorugh I got the point, recalibrated my mind and got a better grasp on what was happening. At first with that pink light I was expecting Ascendent!Aeris was going to escape Evil!Sephiroth's minipulations but end up with the memories of FF7!Aeris, cue much confusion and romantic drama involving Cloud and Sephiroth. Well that's what I get for jumping to conclusions. |
| James Firecat 2007-03-05 ch 6, | abuseI'd ask how Hojo survived, but then I remember him dieing five differnt times myself so I guess when dealing with him you don't so much need a safty shot as tossing hsi body into an incinerator. Of course I get the feeling that Hojo is about to regret doing that to Good!Sephiroth, we all know how well his experiments on Vincent and Cloud turned out... |
| Larissa-chan 2007-02-15 ch 5, | abuseHappiness is: Finding a great new story to read and seeing it updated the very next day. You have made me a very happy Larissa. :D I can't wait until I get the email saying there's a new chapter! CoP was drop-dead amazing, and this is shaping up to be just as terrific. :D |
| Riiiceballe 2007-02-13 ch 2, | abuse::meow:: ::hands you internet cookies:: Lovely chapter. Cid is to funny XD So #%(*ing funny.XD |
| Riiiceballe 2007-02-13 ch 1, | abuseO...Wonder what will be in store for them now? ::pokes Fate:: |
| lilalou 2007-02-12 ch 5, | abuseFirst, I really like your story. Makes me want to read your first story again (I began reading it a long time ago, but stopped, and then skimmed over the end). I'd really want to tell you about all the things I like in it, but I've got no time. So instead I'm going to nitpick about two things in this chapter. - in the fourth paragraph, was the word "somewhere" used so many times on purpose ? - in the end, Sephiroth and the others are all conscious, but when the "dragon" exploded they were knocked unconscious. I just thought a transition scene (their waking) was missing. |
| James Firecat 2007-02-11 ch 5, | abuseWell looks like Sephiroth and Aeris have joined the "100 feet high club". It also appears that "Zephiroth" (refrence to the Broken Mirror series, a fine bit of A/S work if it weren't for the fact that the fight scenes were dryer than Nanaki's mane on a summer day in Costa Del Sol) has chosen to drop in. Hope that there are also two Masamune's out there, or else it's going to be sorta one sided once one Sephiroth manages to get his ahnds on the real one and not one of those Golden Sauscer 14 carrot gold fakes. Also good job explaining how this Sephiroth understandably would have a lower magic resistance and not be prepared for the rigors of this planet. As opposed to General Sephiroth who's black coat is doubtlessly not only stylish but also made of a kevlar weave just to be on safe side. An ohh what's this hidden by the overlap of his bangs? One of those ribbions that's prevents every possible status effects! What, why did you think none of them (nto to mention death spells) bounced right off him? |
| James Firecat 2007-01-31 ch 4, | abuseI’m pretty sure it’s "psychic", unless you were purposly having Yuffie say it wrong. Here’s a tip I learned from Earth Bound its “PSI” shift “I” and “Y” and your on a good start. Also yeah, props to Nanaki one thing I liked about him was that unlike all the others, it was never about Sephiroth for him. Ohh and you think the reading would go quicker, Sephiroth on his own cleared out the libary in the Midgar Mansion in what 24 hours? So you think he would have the biggest pile of books. By the way gratutious number of “boot scenes” between Sephiroth and Aeris in this chapter seem a little unecessary to me. That said Nanaki Ratslayer was a description worth a thousand pictures. Finally wasn’t the level of technoligy on the CoP world much lower than this one? I got the feeling it was much more like a bunch of small villiages without any big cities like Midgar. That’s soemthing you should have Sephiroth and Aeris working though because it also several amusing scenes, such as Sephiroth’s drivers ed. “Well it’s a good thing he doesn't die easily, that the fifth ones he’s totaled.” “Screw this, I can run faster than these machiens!” |
