Ellumina, I cannot believe I haven't sent you anything about this story. I found it when I was new to fan fiction maybe 4 months ago, and it has become one of my favorites. I have read it so many times, and it has been part of my meditations as well as a diversion. The idea of dreams and what they do for us, and how we shrivel when we forget how to dream...it has been part of my rediscovery of me. I had forgotten how to dream. I still wonder at the questions you have Cloud and Tifa ask: "[is] reality too harsh for dreamers?" Does one change reality or the dream? This was an intense read. I enjoyed each chapter. It was deep and it tugged at all my emotions. It was heartbreaking and beautiful because of it. Great job.

This story was absolutely beautiful. The beginnings and endings of the chapters were so poetic and you did a wonderful job with the angst and with Cloud's character. It was just so great to see him be the strong one for once. This story will forever be a favorite of mine. Thanks for sharing it with us!

utterly beautiful. you ended it perfectly. again, i like how you write - you write with no inhibitions, you dont hold back - but sometimes i get the tone that youre hiding something from us - the way cloud and tifa would 'hide' things from each other. it makes for a very interesting composition. i really do think its one of the best cloti fics in FF fandom. someday, itll be one of those well known cloti fics that the fans will recognize on the site. thank you for writing this story

What a fantastic first chapter. Your style of writing is beautiful and you really make the reader feel Tifa’s heartbreak right along with her. This is believable without being all gloom and doom. I’m very intrigued and will be reading on. :)

I adored this fic from start to finish. I could pick out all the lines I loved but I would probably just copy and paste the entire story. Every single chapter made me cry. It was sad but so beautiful and so happy in the end. I'm always ineloquent when I'm 'squeeing' over something so I apologise, but MAN this is beautiful! I don't know how you do it. You just have such a way with words. The words and phrases you choose are so lyrical and poetic. I adore it. I ADORE IT!

I loved every moment of this story. I think you really hit the mark as to the thoughts troubling Cloud and Tifa. It was believable, heart-wrenching and God, it made me want to cry. Thanks for filling my afternoon hours with emotions. Loved it.
